injured my hand on thurs, so didn't go for training on friday but instead went to amy's place for a swim hahaha spontaneous right lol. swimming dun require the use of hands mar....
after sch, we went to my place grab the necessities and chiong to her home. her mum was hospitable to me :) 很有妈妈的味道 she was baking cookies then lol
we swam for quite long and oso did some silly stuff haha like squirting water at each other that required some techniques ya noe, holding our breath in the water see who can last longer she tried to cheat somemore leh so naughty hahaha. we dived down and stayed at the bottom of the pool before we ran out of breath.
were chatting at the massaging area of the pool, suddenly one splash of water landed on amy's face, she stunned i laughed but i oso got splashed at a few seconds later =.- the culprit was this little girl who was swimming past us kicking the water hard... we wondered if she's related to that little boy who harassed shir and the other residents in the pool at shir's place LOL
7pm we got out of the pool and went for steam-bath: a room filled with steam. quite choking inside there +.+ but we managed to last for 42 min, 3 min b4 the steaming system shut down itself. there was condensation on the glass doors, I boliao wrote HELP! on it :P
came out and found our hands wrinkled and i thought the patch of bruise on my hand got wider =.=
her mum prepared dinner, oishi! watched some tv then we fell asleep. next morning shoulderache backache armache thighache aiya old liaoz ~.~

silly daddy >.<
finally deleted "the Good Life" by Tony Bennett. it's a great song but the beginning of it starts to get on my nerves after some time hahaha (amy agreed too) so i got rid of it.
i kept "I Couldn't Live without your Love" by Petula Clark for my dad :)
Its lyrics kinda depict my love for him. (dun take it the wrong way k)
Each time he asked me if I love him, i just smiled at him or replied 不爱 or 我最讨厌爸爸了 just to tease him or the most I could muster is a hug (sadly).
When he was reading newspapers on the sofa, I leaned against his side and hugged his arm, couldn't open my mouth to say the three words =.= quite disappointed with myself.
"什么事啊？" i kept quiet. then he said "你知道爸爸爱你对吧。。。"
眼泪就掉下来了. glad to know that he understood me but was angry at myself at the same time...
so before I went to sch the next morning, I hugged him and told him "I love you." :P
It made my day, hope i made his :o*

Monday's not blue
pc today as usual tough on my tummy... had a cramp lol so useless...amy claimed to have a miscarriage due to multiple crunches done, she told me it was my boy... nvm we're still young still can haf another lol o.o
, pity shir who had blisters at her feet.
a dash of 100-megawatt smile sure brightens up the dullest of days, thanx to some1 n.n!!! I wonder wats got into him... :P
somebody or anyone... pls jolt me away from "that deadly current" +.+
played harder and enjoyed a lot during squash.
dinner with the subway fanatics: luxuan, linda, wanqing & duc, funny ppl, can't stop laughing even till we boarded the bus home.

blah blah blah bleh
ppl who's been to my blog, said in unison "why is it all about food?".
it's not all about food but it's all about food becos i hadn't post other stuff ya noe...
民以食为天嘛。。。:0* i'm a part-time gourmet ok (put it bluntly a glutton >.<)
hmm past few weeks had been a flash *zoommmmmm*
I live my days happily except for mondays and thursdays (agonizing). so not looking forward to tmr.
started wearing my earstuds to sch recently. I usually wear them when I 逛街, see no point wearing them to sch cos i had my ears covered by my hair all the while.
for ppl who thought I had my ears pierced recently, XXXXXX u r wrong.
It dated back to long long time ago when i was in kindergarten.
Ignorant little me saw that almost every little girl had their ears pierced, so I followed suit (blindly).
Just like the pokemon craze, yea... I was into it too, spent a fortune and had a whole box of gd-for-nth pokemon cards... *kinda embarrassing for me to admit it*
I was spoiled, a spendthrift, a brat
my dad knew very well that I felt guilty abt all my wilful acts and took advantage of it. he's pro at it i say, just to turn me into his guilt-driven slave hahaha

Back to when i was in 5 or 6 yrs old
yap told my mom to get my ears pierced, she had this r-u-sure?? expression on, I dint noe why until i got my piercings =.=
the ah pek at the jewellery shop had this gun in his hand, professional sia... it just took one shot to get the crybaby fleeing back home. not the usual life flash past ur eyes hahahahaha.
news spreaded like wildfire no thanks to my mom, everyone laughed at me +.+
to save my 面子, i plucked up courage to visit that ah pek again in the evening to get the other ear pierced... everyone went along cos they wouldn't miss the show. @#!$%#$%&&*&% hahahaha
bits abt me: i tend to avoid people whom i find unpredictable, a bad habit i feel, it's reflex mar haha, i'm trying to curb that but fail most of the time.

吃出感觉
十七年的岁月让我领悟到。。。
独自享用美食时，能尝出它的本质，
而与亲人、朋友或志同道合的一起享用一餐，则能尝出它的美味。
对我而言，两者是完全不同的。
享用他人特地为你烹调的一餐（即使是一碗简单的快熟面），也是另一番享受，额外尝到的是别人的用心，也会产生一种踏实感、一份感动和感激。这就是凤仪版本的 soul food，就是已碰触到心灵的境界。是真的！！！你或许会想“有这么夸张吗？”，这确实就是我个人的体会。。。
你的看法是否和我的一样呢？
我记得小时候生病时，什么都吃不下，唯独妈妈煮的一碗鸡汤面with egg特别香又好吃。过一阵子，自己煮了相同的面，但感觉没这么好吃了。。。（我不认为是烹调过程的问题）
之后又发觉为自己煮的面没有他人煮的面美味。爸爸煮干捞面很在行，婆婆煮的云吞面则勾起童年回忆。小时候，二姐胡乱炒的面，虽然不是很好吃啦，但与她在厨房里作乱的时光的确为我的童年增添一丝色彩。 回味无穷！我也很怀念嘉欣煮的冷面与意大利面 T.T hint hint

1st wk of sch
Accomplishments:
1) walked back home from sch then climbed to 9th floor on wednesday and today
Wednesday:
i was late for sch. on the way to physics lesson, got a call from miss toh whom i found out later is my form cum gp teacher to check on me. it's quite a good start for 2008 haha cos good luck keeps on coming =P
1) new cca teacher-in-charge, choo's easier to talk to ba and also can say enthu... but he blur blur one haha
2) new form teacher, she's that kind of go by book teacher. It's good since the class became more obedient haha but kinda a party-pooper cos we can't play naughty anymore :o* boring
3) new physics teacher, good news for madeleine & fizah. an efficient teacher i like
4) new maths teacher, kinda scare the hell out of the guys *cool* effective i say, particular abt whether students did their homework or studied for their tests and wun take dunnoe for an answer. think i'll ace maths liao hahaha
Thursday: mc
Today:
maths lecture very funny, chai damn lame lor haha "can see my ring anot... can see the lizard on my ring??? actually i got many other animals but too many on the fingers they will fight one"
Excused from PC MUAHAHAHA
then bia chem assignments and physics, the whole class so united everyone kan chiong do in canteen lol wat a sight, faces frowning... dint eat anything the whole morning, my face was like white sheet, but was saving my stomach for the much anticipated "lunch" at far east plaza haha
then cut yixuan's cake after which me shir mimi chiong to orchard haha to have korean food, superb, then due to our amazing ability to get lost we took light yrs to get to taka, bought two gong gong's fav pecan pies from swissbake. was a happy bear at the end of the day.
